In addition to Point Realty Group, Kevin owns and operates a successful real estate appraisal business, focusing primarily on single family homes, vacant lots, and small 1-4 unit income properties. He brings nearly two decades of property valuation experience to each real estate transaction he is involved with. Kevin lives in Emerald Isle with his wife and three daughters. When he is not at work, he enjoys offshore/nearshore fishing, boating with family, cooking, and taking advantage of all the Crystal Coast has to offer.
